METHODS OF PAYMENT |

FOR ALL SPECIAL INTEREST, SOFT ADVENTURE AND FLY-FISHING
PROGRAMS
· 50% on the date of confirmation of the program
· 50% 45 days before the arrival of the clients
SELF DRIVE / DO IT YOURSELF, HOTEL AND VEHICLE PROGRAMS.
(WITH OR WITHOUT GPS)
· 50% on the date of confirmation of the program
· 50% 15 days before the arrival of the clients
LODGE FIORDO QUEULAT
January and February: 100% at the time of making the
reservation
March to December: 50% at the time of making the reservation,
50% on arrival at the lodge
Services sub contracted to a third party (hotels,
cruises, fishing lodges etc.)
Payment according to the policy of each company.
Prices are in US$ dollars. Payments must be made in
US$ dollar or the equivalent amount in Chilean pesos
using the exchange rate in use on the day of payment
by Lan Chile.

B)
CHANGES TO CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS |
| |
Any
changes or modifications must be made in writing (fax
or email), confirmation of services is subject to availability
and as prices are subject to change quotes for all programs
must be re-confirmed. |

|
|
C)
PENALTIES FOR CANCELATION OF ONE OR MORE CLIENTS |
| |
All cancellations must be made in writing.
All special interest
and soft adventure programs.
US$ 200 per client who cancels plus:
· 50% of total price if canceling more than 30
days prior to programmed dates
· 80 % of total price if canceling more than
14 days prior to programmed dates
· 100% of total if canceling less than 14 days
prior to programmed dates
Fly-fishing programs
· In the case of a cancellation more than 30
days prior to the programmed dates 50% of the deposit
is retained, leaving the client with the option to sign
up for other groups in the same dates or the same group
and dates for the following season.
SELF DRIVE / DO IT YOURSELF, HOTEL AND VEHICLE PROGRAMS
AND SERVICES SUB CONTRACTED TO THIRD PARTIES
US$ 100 per client plus:
· The amounts that correspond to the cancellation
policies of the companies sub contracted
LODGE FIORDO QUEULAT
In January and February:
· 50% of total price if canceling less than 30
days prior to programmed dates
· 100 % of total price if canceling less than
15 days prior to programmed dates
March to December:
· 50% of total price if canceling less than 7
days prior to programmed dates
· 100 % of total price if canceling less than
48 hours prior to programmed dates
Notes:
- There will be no refund for services not utilized
during a program for whatever reason if those reasons
are not the direct responsibility of Aisen Bridges
Travel.
- Penalties for cancellation are valid for every
individual client who cancels.
- In the case of sub-contracted companies having
stricter policies of cancellation than our own then
their policies and the corresponding amounts will
be applied.
- In the case of sub-contracted services the conditions
and policies of each company will be adhered to.

reservations, modifications and cancellations must be

E)
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY DOCUMENT |
| |
For
medium level adventure programs and horse riding activities
all clients are required to sign a document in which they
state that they are aware of the program and the nature
of the activities, that they are aware of the risks involved
and liberate the operator of responsibility. The client
must have a valid insurance policy covering personal accidents
including evacuation and transport if required. |

F)
TIER PRICING |
| |
Aisen
Bridges Travel programs are for small groups of tourists.
The prices of the programs vary on the number of clients
in the group. The highest prices are for a minimum group
of 2 and drop as the number of clients per group rises.
In the first instance the highest price is charged until
the definitive number of clients in the group is confirmed
at which time a refund is made if the final number of
clients is higher than originally planned for. This is
used as a method of securing reservations for programs.

G)
DELAYS AND PRICE INCREASES |
| |
The
programs do not include the additional costs caused by
delays in an itinerary because of flight changes, bad
weather, road conditions, trail conditions, river levels,
dangerous sailing conditions, land transport delays, sickness
or other factors over which Aisen Bridges Travel has no
responsibility.
The costs of programs are subject to change without prior
notice and must be re-confirmed when reservations are
made.
When reservations are made more than eight months ahead
the price can change by amounts that cannot be dealt with
by our agency such as those caused by devaluation of currency
or increases in land costs. |

H)
HEALTH AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE |
| |
Clients
must advise us in writing of any health problem prior
to participating in a program. Aisen Bridges Travel reserves
the right to terminate the participation of any client,
at any moment prior to or during a program if our guides
believe that the client is unable to continue the program
or prevents the successful completion of the program itself.
In these cases there is no refund of any type. Our programs
have been designed considering the medical facilities
of the Coyhaique hospital and evacuation by road or helicopter
if necessary.
All costs of medical care or evacuation are the exclusive
responsibility of the client and must be paid by either
the client's insurance cover or directly by the client.

I)
CHANGES OF ITINERARY |
| |
Aisen
Bridges Travel reserves the right to change hotels, modify
itineraries, change the order of placed to be visited
if we believe these changes to be in the best interests
and comfort of the clients. |

J)
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF PROGRAMS |
| |
a) Programs including the Termas de Puyuhuapi are subject
to availability in the spa hotel on the dates requested.
b) Itineraries including the use of passenger catamarans
and ferries have to be adapted to the schedules of the
corresponding companies.
c) The flight to Laguna San Rafael is subject to climatic
conditions; any extra costs caused by waiting for suitable
conditions are the responsibility of the clients.
d) In programs involving fishing and sailing the itinerary
can change according to the climatic conditions, tides
and river levels. There can also be changes due to the
particular interests of clients when there is unanimous
agreement among the client group and that Aisen Bridges
Travel incurs no extra costs. |

On
paying the deposit for a program the client understands
and accepts the conditions laid out in this document.
